When fascia — the connective tissue linking every muscle, joint, and organ — becomes restricted, your body compensates to keep you moving. Those compensations shift your alignment, overload certain structures, and eventually lead to chronic pain, inflammation, and loss of mobility.
Body Alignment Restore identifies and corrects those restrictions so your body can function as one balanced, integrated system again.
1. Subjective Assessment & History
Each session begins with a detailed discussion about your pain history, injuries, lifestyle, and past events that may have influenced your current movement patterns.
2. Functional Testing
Movement-based tests reveal how your body compensates for restrictions and where stability has been lost.
3. Full-Body Mobility Assessment
A precise mobility check shows exactly where your body’s natural movement has been lost — often in areas far from where you feel pain. This step forms the foundation of the corrective process.
4. Fascial Release
Different techniques are used based on the individual — each designed for pain-free movement to return.
5. Temporary Yellow Page Wedges (If Needed)
In some cases, temporary small wedge supports are used to activate a weak line and help the body regain proper connection and balance.
6. Homework
Homework is provided mainly during the treatment phase to support alignment and muscle balance between sessions. It consists of short, targeted exercises (about 10 minutes a day) that reinforce improvements and maintain alignment.
In certain cases — such as athletes in unilateral sports — these movements may become part of an ongoing maintenance plan.
Pain is rarely isolated.
When one area becomes restricted, another has to overwork. Over time, this creates tension, instability, and recurring injuries.
By restoring movement where it has been lost and retraining your body’s alignment:

Muscle function normalises
Joints move more freely

Sport performance improves drastically, as your body moves in a more efficient and aligned way. You can’t build strength, endurance, or speed on a dysfunctional foundation — once alignment is restored, performance gains follow naturally.
