28 Day Gut Reset and Maintenance Meal Plan (R1450)
Healing your gut is the foundation required for overall health, which includes maintaining a healthy weight and feeling great. This plan starts by healing the gut lining (Leaky Gut), then repopulates the gut with a variety of beneficial bacteria.
The Maintenance Plan lets you establish which foods should not be brought back into the diet (if needed), and shows you how to eat in the long term to maintain gut health but enjoy food and your favourite dishes.
