Sustainable Harvesting (5 hours)

Join Carmen Burls for a 5-hour Coastline Foraging Experience you will never forget. Geared for all ages the experience includes exploration of rock pools, wading in to collect your mussels and other molluscs, then back to the Edible Shores Kitchen to clean, prepare and enjoy the spoils. You will learn about sustainable collecting, how to identify what you can and cannot remove.

Cost: R850 per adult | Children u/10 R450 per person | Children u/5 free

*Please Note: A molluscs licence obtainable from any Post Office is required for harvesting @ R94 per person (One will be enough per two people but only one person can harvest).

  • For private groups, birthday parties and other events, a minimum of 12 people is needed.

  • Online payments must be paid in full 4 days prior to the event for catering purposes.
