Michelle Simon-Kuhn invites you to join her at her private studio in Pringle Bay where she shares more than a decade’s worth of experience in the art of Pilates. Diligently work your way toward mastering the proper technique of using your core muscles that will produce dramatic results in your body posture, health and wellbeing. Michelle is passionate about helping people reach their full physical and mental potential and her classes are adapted to suit women and men of all ages, from all walks of life and of all fitness levels. Furthermore, Michelle has been blessed with great intuition and her classes are never the same as she adapts them to complement and enhance each student’s physical and emotional needs. Simply Pilates offers a choice of Group, Barre and Private Classes.

Michelle is highly qualified as a Pilates, Ballet Barre, Simply Expecting Pregnancy and Baby Reflex Instructor. Furthermore, she has a BA in Live Performance.

Michelle strives to ensure that each of her students feel comfortable within their own bodies and works with them according to their personal limits. Classes at Simply Pilates include:

Group Classes

(R70 for a one-hour class or R280 per month)

  • Group Classes offer Pilates mat work with props such as foam rollers, magic circles, therabands and balls that are used to add variety, modifications and challenges to each class.
Barre Classes

(R70 for a one-hour class or R280 per month)

  • Barre Classes offer an intense total body workout that focuses on developing long, lean muscles while improving posture and flexibility. This is an energetic workout done to music.
Private Classes

(R350 for a one-hour class or R1,400 per month)

  • Private Classes are designed to suit each student and make use of mat, reformer and chair work that will leave you feeling your best.
