And so we headed off for another fantastic morning exploring "uncharted waters" on the Klein River... Windless conditions (instead of the 5m/s predicted!!)... Braving the "Whirlpool Rapid", we discovered the hiding place of a Malachite Kingfisher and further down the river, not one, but two Pied Kingfishers watched us glide past! Southern Red Bishops showed us their homes all along the reed beds.
