Jacoline born and raised in Stanford, left school in Gr10 so she could earn a living for her family. Her first job was at a restaurant and that is where her love and passion for the hospitality started. Furthermore has the love for baking as it has been running in the family for 3 generations. She got inspired by her grandma, who backed a lot.
When she worked at the Grootbos Private Nature Reserve she gained alot of skills and therefore started thinking about having her own business. She now owns Butter Flour, a baking, catering and on Fridays TakeAways business which was expanded by the Grootbos Foundation Entreprenuership Programme. Jacoline also undertakes Random Acts of Kindness bby giving sweet homemade pastries to the Soup Kitchen in Stanfird.
Her biggest dream for her business is have her own building where she can prepare food and bake cakes.
