Chelsea Flowers in Stanford: The Countdown Be...
This September, the magic of the Chelsea Flower Show comes to Stanford!
We are excited to announce that award-winning botanical artworks by South African artist Daleen Roodt will be on display at the Chelsea Flowers in Stanford exhibit!
Daleen recently won three prestigious awards at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Botanical Art and Photography Show at London’s Saatchi Gallery in June, including a coveted gold medal. Her stunning body of work, “Orchids: Specialised Pollinator Interactions”, which showcases the intricate beauty of South African orchids, will be returning home to be displayed alongside a replica of Leon Kluge’s award-winning floral display from the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

This exhibit is a celebration of South Africa's incredible talent and biodiversity, featuring artwork from the Grootbos Florilegium and a showcase of South African floral art. All profits will support the Grootbos Foundation, which has been delivering conservation and youth development programs since 2003.
Exhibit Dates: 21 September - 6 October 2024
Opening Hours: 10 am - 6 pm
