This September, the magic of the Chelsea Flower Show comes to Stanford with the recreation of South Africa’s internationally acclaimed floral display at the Stanford in Bloom spring festival.
Fresh from winning gold at London’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show for the second year in a row, Flora of South Africa will be the shining star of the Stanford in Bloom spring festival.
The exhibit is a stunning celebration of South Africa’s diverse natural beauty, showcasing a variety of habitats, from the unique fynbos of the Cape Floral Kingdom to the lush subtropical greenery of KwaZulu-Natal. It’s a vibrant, living tribute to the country’s rich botanical heritage.
Beyond the Chelsea Flowers floral exhibit, the festival offers an immersive experience that includes botanical art from the Grootbos Florilegium collection, educational talks, a pop-up nursery, and plenty of other family-friendly activities.
Please note: Dogs won’t be allowed entry to the exhibit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
