Better Place Campaign
Firstly, a big THANK YOU to all of you who have already supported this campaign.
Dear friends,
Wishing you and yours, health and happiness in 2023, may it be a year filled with new aspirations, friendships, and love.
Each new year offers an exciting opportunity for a fresh start and new beginnings and no matter what your goals are for the coming year or how many new year’s resolutions you have made for 2023, the start of a new year is also a time to acknowledge and celebrate all of your experiences from the previous year too.
Creative Skills Factory's 2022 was thankfully one to celebrate and we are excited to tell you that 2023 has started in the same vein.
Creative Skills Factory is so pleased to announce that the Die Kop Youth Group and their mentor, Manuel Jardine, and facilitator Vuyokazi Siza, have been invited to perform at the opening of the annual Cape Town Jazzathon 2023 taking place at the V&A Waterfront Amphitheatre on the 15th of January, where the children will play their music on their recorders..
This is such an honour and everyone is over the moon excited...
Watch Creative Skills Factory's Die Kop Youth Group playing their recorders at the concert performed during the annual Stanford Festival of Community Arts during December 2022.
We wish to kit the children out with new t-shirts and trousers for the event and we have to provide transport, meals and snacks for the children on the day.
Please will you help us make this special outing a wonderful experience for the children?
