Better Place Campaign
Firstly, a big THANK YOU to all of you who have already supported this campaign.
A very good day to you, our friends,
We hope you are all well where you are and life is treating you well.
Life at Creative Skills Factory continues ~ and now that our recent increased restrictions are more relaxed and the new term has started, our After School Program is open again for the children to attend.
We attended training working towards participating in the wonderful "Manifesting the New" art exhibition, a Butterfly Art Project initiative, and 15 of our children's artworks are up on the walls at the iconic Zeitz MOCCA Museum of Contemporary Art. (https://www.butterflyartproject.org/), (http://zeitzmocaa.museum/).
Our facilitators have been doing some wonderful work with their usual commitment and love for the children in Stanford and Masakhane.
They have been exploring oil pastels, shapes, lines and landscapes.
The facilitators have attended to the children every week day, regardless of COVID-19 restrictions; either in their workshops or providing activities for the children to do at home.
Our Riding High Horse Program adventure continues in collaboration with African Horse Company. Our children in the group are loving the Program and responding wonderfully, having incredible fun and learning new skills. (https://africanhorseco.com/)
