Zokhanya Bikani, local of Gansbaai and 2023 winner of the DALRRD recognition ward for the BEST Performing Woman PES Farmer, will be hosting an oyster mushroom cultivation workshop. With a decade of experience as an agriculture facilitator, Zozo will teach you all the basics you need to know to start your own Oyster mushroom supply.
