We love guest feedback – it helps us to see what is working, and what needs tweaking at MOSAIC Private Sanctuary. One of our greatest sources of these reviews is TripAdvisor, and we were thrilled to receive a 2015 Certificate of Excellence, with a 96% rating, from them for our 5-star MOSAIC Lagoon Lodge.

With 141 “Excellent” reviews on the site’s rating system, we’ll continue to strive to give our guests the best of Mosaic and provide what we call “enlightened hospitality” when they visit our part of the Overberg. We don’t take our ranking of 1^st out of 11 specialty establishments in Stanford lightly. Just the other day our servers and butlers visited our friends at Creation Wines for wine training. Just another step in making sure we’re up to date with some of the best wine in the region.

On the subject of wine, our neighbours, Springfontein, are just a bike ride away for guests wanting to explore their tastes and views. Our Good Neighbour Special with them is on-going, and provides foodie guests staying at the lodge with an opportunity to experience local Overberg flavours served up by a Michelin Star Chef.

Apart from a number of special offers, we have also added new activities to our list in 2015. Guests can now hire mountain bikes and explore a number of trails at Mosaic and the Walker Bay Nature Reserve and beach, or kayaks and head out on to the Hermanus Lagoon.

As we continue to strive for excellence, we hope that our guests too continue to love their time with us here at MOSAIC Private Sanctuary.
