Hermine van Zyl took ownership of The Zesty Lemon Restaurant in 2020.
With a hospitality career dating back almost 30 years, Hermine lists one of her favourite things about owning a restaurant as being able to live out her passion for creating happy spaces where people can enjoy good food.
When Hermine isn't busy at the restaurant, she cherishes her time at home, relaxing with her daughter and tending to her vegetable garden.
The Zesty Lemon has a full à la carte menu with a delicious selection of breakfast and lunch dishes.
