Hermine van Zyl took ownership of The Zesty Lemon Restaurant in 2020.
With a hospitality career dating back almost 30 years, Hermine lists one of her favourite things about owning a restaurant as being able to live out her passion for creating happy spaces where people can enjoy good food.
When Hermine isn't busy at the restaurant, she cherishes her time at home, relaxing with her daughter and tending to her vegetable garden.
The Zesty Lemon has a full à la carte menu with a delicious selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.
The Zesty Lemon Restaurant is famous for its traditional Sunday lunches with different menus featured each week.

2. Dogs are not permitted in the main restaurant area
3. Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times
