This month, we were overjoyed to welcome the Hollywood Foundation and Hollywood Bets...
Our school has been bustling with activities and improvements this month! Here's a glimpse of what we've been up to:
FREE PLAY:
Romeo had fun learning to iron, showing that even the little ones can help around the house!
SCHOOL MAINTENANCE:
• Re-painted tyres and poles on the stoep.
• Treated our wooden playground equipment with Waxol.
• Paved around the sandpit.
• Busy painting a mural on our front wall.
• Upgraded the front Wendy house into a cosy reading corner.
BACK TO WORK:
Maths - Babbelbekkies:
• Practiced addition and subtraction.
• Played number dominoes.
• Explored measurement by comparing lengths.
Language:
• Learned about the letter “t” and drew things starting with “t.”
• Moved on to the letter “w.”
Sea Rescue Visit:
The Sea Rescue team visited and taught the kids about water safety, what to do in danger and the emergency contact number.
