One of the best parts of our visit was seeing the Rock Moss Frog, a cool species found only in this area. The conservancy's work is vital for keeping the habitat safe for these and other unique creatures.

History and Mission
Founded in 2000 by Michael Swart and his farm managers, the Klein Swartberg Conservancy was created to protect the Swart Berg mountain from invasive plants and to keep the area's plant life diverse.
