Life can fracture suddenly through violence, loss, relationship rupture, or overwhelming events. In those moments, people do not need theory. They need grounding, clarity, and skilled support to stabilise and regain control.
I am an HPCSA-registered counsellor with 26 years’ experience supporting adults and helpers through acute trauma, crisis, and post-incident recovery.
I work with individuals and organisations who need structured, practical intervention after disruptive life events.
