Julie Grant facilitates heart led, integrated practices that help create safety in the body, mind and spirit. Olivia is a Holistic Alignment Coach, Conscious Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Teacher and Retreat Facilitator. With a unique blend of neuroscientific coaching, breathwork, somatics, and spirituality, she offers a mind-body-soul approach to transformation. Olivia has supported numerous women in aligning with their true selves, reconnecting to their intuition, cultivating self-love, and breaking free from self-sabotage.
