CMP Projects was established in 2024 by Philip Colyn, Mary Rowlinson and Connie Booysen.
Philip has lived in Gansbaai since the age of seven and has experience in tiling, paving, renovations and finishing work. Mary manages the administrative and client management side of the business.
Connie brings extensive building experience to the team, having worked in the industry since 1985 and overseen a range of residential and commercial projects. His portfolio includes projects such as LivingWater Church in Hermanus, a three-storey home in Santa Claire and a renovation in Camps Bay for former rugby player Percy Montgomery. As the registered building professional within CMP Projects, Connie manages the building teams and oversees the practical side of each project.
Together, the team places a strong emphasis on workmanship and building lasting relationships with clients. Their connection to Gansbaai is equally important, with the town's peaceful atmosphere, beautiful coastline, mountains and natural surroundings making it a place they are proud to call home.
