Zokhanya Bikani, our local 2023 winner of the DALRRD recognition ward for the BEST Performing Woman PES Farmer and Western Cape Department of Agriculture award for Best Subsistence Producer 2024, will be hosting an oyster mushroom cultivation workshop. With a decade of experience as an agriculture facilitator, Zozo will teach you all the basics you need to know to start your own Oyster mushroom supply.
