Annelene van der Colff sold her first artwork for five cents outside her parents home in the Karoo town of Nelspoort when she was only six years old. Now, years later, her artworks are sought after by art enthusiasts and collectors from around the globe. Calmness exudes from this artist and on meeting her one can immediately sense her deep creativity, which she allows to flow out onto her canvasses. Nowadays, her pricing has increased slightly from the original five cents but is still highly affordable and art lovers can expect to pay about R55 per 10cm squared, which works out to approximately R4000 for a 1m by 1m artwork. Annelene loves direct contact with her clients and you will often find her at popular festivals such as the Greyton Rose Festival and the KKNK. Keep an eye out for Annelene at the Hermanus Market next to the Village Square in the near future.
