“Saturday 17th February Okkie Smuts Primary School hosted their annual 6’s a side Cricket Day in Stanford,” said Juan Manuel from V+ Brokers. “Last year’s Cricket Day was cancelled due to bad weather conditions.”
The partaking primary schools were Okkie Smuts Primary School, Gansbaai Primêr, Laerskool Kleinmond, Curro Hermanus, De Bron Primary School and Laerskool Gansbaai. “The schools showcased their cricket talent in this area,” Juan added. Curro Hermanus won the day in a very tightly contested final. All partisans, students, coaches, and sponsors had a very enjoyable day.
