Gansbaai Courant het heelwat klagtes van padgebruikers ontvang dat die R43-pad tussen Stanford en Gansbaai onveilig is.
Overstrand is the 3rd fastest growing municipality in the Western Cape and 1st in the Overberg district. Gansbaai Courant was present at the council meeting in Hermanus last Friday, when Ald Rudolph Smith was elected as the new Executive Mayor for the Overstrand Municipality. Ald Smith thanked residents who took the trouble to go and vote on the 3rd of August and for giving the DA the mandate to govern the Overstrand. He mentioned that the exact voting percentage was 64.49%.
He further said that his Council will endeavour to strengthen partnerships and collaborations with the local private sector and was looking forward to his five year term.
