Gansbaai Courant het heelwat klagtes van padgebruikers ontvang dat die R43-pad tussen Stanford en Gansbaai onveilig is.
The Executive Mayor, Nicolette Botha, and DA Constituency Chairperson Dudley Coetzee have gone on record to refute the claims and actions of what appears to be an imposter trying to solicit funds in its name from unsuspecting community members. At the recently held DA constituency meeting, one of its members brought his concern to the attention of the Mayor that someone pretending to be Archie Klaas was going around to the community with the ploy of soliciting funds and falsely misrepresenting himself as a DA member. The community is urged to be on the lookout for this person, and if spotted to refrain from engaging with him. Rather, it would be in the best interests of all concerned to report the person to Hermanus SAPS on telephone 028-313-8500 who have been alerted to the situation and will act accordingly to bring the suspect to book.
