Gansbaai Courant het heelwat klagtes van padgebruikers ontvang dat die R43-pad tussen Stanford en Gansbaai onveilig is.
Western Cape: Yesterday (Monday, 2016-02-01) Hermanus SAPS members received information of abalone been stored at a residence in Sussex Road, Hawston. At about 15:30 members responded to the information given and went with Overberg K9 and Boland Pops to the address. Upon arrival at the scene members searched the residence and found 1 069 units of abalone and 11 crayfish with an unknown street value. Two suspects a male aged 29 and a 24 year old female were arrested and are facing charges of Possession of Abalone, both suspects will appear tomorrow03 February 2016 in the Hermanus Magistrate’s Court.
The Acting Station Commander Lt. Col. Burges commended the members who were involved in this operation.
