The Football Foundation of South Africa (FFSA) visited the Jubelland Day Care Centre in Stanford to donate more than 100 articles of clothing.
In recognizing the Centre’s 20-year anniversary, the Football Foundation has provided needed assistance in supporting growing costs for their ongoing programmes that include crèche service for children, weekend projects for the youth, and skills development projects for the elderly and disabled.
A total of 180 t-shirts and 9 tracksuits that were previously donated items from the Marcos Senna Foundation were distributed at the Centre – young girls and boys were seen with smiling faces as they received their white t-shirts.
The Football Foundation aims to continually reach out to the community of Gansbaai and to be actively involved in improving the lives of many of those in need.
