Four years back it was decided also to embark in the real estate industry (as Guthrie & Theron Properties), since when 3 offices (with 8 property consultants) were established in Hermanus, Onrus & Gansbaai.

Define your needs as well as affordability. Remember, make provision for rising interest rates. Never stretch you budget to its limit when buying a home or any property, the truth is that the quote: "You can't eat a house!" really has merits.
