Health and Active Gym Gansbaai

This is a seriously tasty and simple recipe.  Ideal for snacking, adding to salads, inlucing in your breakfast, and a great way of stopping you reaching for naughty snacks!

 

It's simple, all you need is three ingredients:

  • 1kg blanched organic almonds
  • Organic Coconut Oil 2 tables spoons
  • Himalayan rock salt a pinch

Method:

Pop all ingredients into a blender and switch on!  It's really that simple, and tastes FABULOUS!
