Frail Care Unit 

Herberg-aan-See has a wing in the main building with a frail care unit consisting of shared dorm-style wards. 

The frail care unit supports those with dementia, reduced mobility, or temporary recovery needs.

Residents are grouped according to their level of care, and in most cases, individuals with similar physical and cognitive needs live together. This helps ensure that everyone receives the appropriate support in a comfortable and understanding environment.

• Furnished with hospital beds and bedside tables
• Most rooms in the unit have a television

Application Requirements

Herberg-aan-See invites applicants who are 60 years or older to apply for residency.

Should an application be successful, the following information must be submitted on original documents supplied by Herberg-aan-See:

• Financial Income
• Expenditure Statement
• Medical Health Report (issued by a doctor)
• Church Clerical or Welfare Worker Report

Fund Raising

The residents and staff at Herberg-aan-See are fully involved in fundraising incentives throughout the year, including various bazaars.
