Fire and Ndokwe started their business in 2017. The name of the business is "Ngqungqushe Primary Corporative". They wanted to be their own boss and make their own money.

Ngqungqushe Primary Corporative Farm is located next to the Burma Civils Sandmine behind Masakhane. The farm mainly grows spinach and other vegetables depending on the season. They sell their vegetables at the Gansbaai Farmers Market every Saturday and daily in Masakhane. Fire's big dream for the future is to have his own transport, get more space to work, to employ unemployed people in the community and to make his own compost.

Fire says: ‘The beauty of being your own boss is that you rely on your own ideas and instinct.’
