Prime Cuts Meat is a proudly local butchery in Gansbaai, founded in 2009 by former health inspector Hubert Grebe and his wife, Denise. 

With a sharp eye for quality and a passion for people, the Grebes have created a trusted destination for meat lovers who appreciate flavour, freshness, and good old-fashioned service.

Before making Gansbaai their home, Hubert and Denise built a loyal customer base in De Doorns, where they owned a popular butchery since 1995. But it was the beauty of the Overstrand coastline and many memorable weekends spent in Pearly Beach that eventually drew them to this part of the world.

Today, Prime Cuts Meat is a cornerstone of the local food scene, offering only the finest A-grade cuts, expertly prepared and served with a smile. Whether you are braaiing with friends, planning a family feast, or just craving something hearty and delicious, Prime Cuts is your go-to butcher.
