In order to maintain our status, we must receive an overall rating of 4.8/5 stars of which we have a 5 * rating, have a less than 1% cancellation rate (to date, we have not cancelled any Airbnb bookings) and have a 90% response rate to guest enquiries and communications, of which we have 100%. 

You can filter your search on Airbnb to browse only Superhost listings and profiles where you will see the Superhost Badge. To qualify for this status, we have to be an experienced host, therefore you can safely trust your booking with a Superhost.  As Superhosts are an elite group of only 7% of all Airbnb hosts, you can feel confident in receiving only the best.
