About

Estelle Paulsen has amassed many successful years working in the catering industry.

One of Estelle’s many career highlights includes leading the catering team that prepared meals for 600 guests at an elite South African Air Force event. The function was a massive success and since then her company, Thyme & Lime, has catered for amongst others, the Minister of Health and the University of Pretoria.

Over the years, Estelle has adapted her services to suit each of her client’s requests and her passion for cooking has also inspired a homemade deli-style condiment and preserve range.
