This sociable club was started in 2009 and currently has just short of 30 members. The organiser, Helmie de Vries, has years of experience in the winemaking industry and decided that his passion and knowledge should be shared with others.

The club meets on the second last Friday of every month in a different location to sample the fruits of nature. The meeting places are various venues in Gansbaai and include the tasting of 6 different wines that go hand in hand with a 3-course meal.

Guests are welcome and can join the tasting for R50.00 and share in the meal for R80.00.
