Alexander Accommodation has a beautiful view of Greyton’s mountainous countryside. 

Guests can relax on the raised deck shaded by trees or enjoy a braai in the outdoor seating area beside the spacious swimming pool.

Inside, the open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and an entertainment space complete with a braai and pool table, perfect for both relaxation and fun.

Bedroom 1

The first bedroom is a family room with a Queen-size bed, a three-quarter bed and a single bed. There is a shower, basin, and toilet in the ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom has a double bed and a three-quarter bed. The room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. 

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has a double bed. The room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. 

Bathroom

There is a shower, basin and toilet in the bathroom.

Rates

The rates at Alexander Accommodation are as follows:

Low Season:

• R1,200 per night for the house (1 - 4 people)
• R300 extra per person per night (5 - 8 people)
• Additional Cleaning Fee - R300

High Season (long weekends, school holidays and Easter weekends):

• R2,500 per night for the house (maximum of 8 people)
• Additional Cleaning Fee - R300

Cancellation Policy

• 21 to 28 days before arrival: forfeit 25% of the deposit
• 14 to 21 days before arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit
• Less than 14 days before arrival: forfeit the full deposit  
• The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 10 January
• Non-arrivals will be charged the full accommodation amount
