Remote Work: Should Location Impact Remunerat...
As remote work becomes more common, I’ve noticed an interesting trend...
Do you ever hope if you ignore a staff problem or a staff member not doing their job it will just go away?
Well, in most cases it unfortunately won't and the possibility of it escalating into something bigger is a reality.
My advice would be to try and address the issue there and then before it turns into a crisis. The initial addressing of the problem by no means has to be punitive, but rather solution-orientated and not only from the employer's side but also from the employee.
You might ask what is the big deal? If you don't address the situation as soon as possible, one of the negative flows coming from it is that it might have a direct negative impact on your customers and we all know that we cannot operate without our customers.
If you need help with a similar situation, please feel free to contact us for advice.
