What is Transformation Coaching?
Transformation Coaching is backed by evidence-based psychological science.
Acknowledging what is keeping you in the past is the first step in learning how to move on with life. Consider what it is that you are holding onto. Perhaps a relationship that did not work out, a hurtful comment from a loved one, or something else that you need to forgive.
Once you have recognised what it is that needs to be let go of, ask yourself: How does clinging to the past benefit me? What would I gain if I release and let go of this burden that is holding me back? Think about how your life could improve, how your connections with others would deepen, and how you could feel liberated from the shadows of the past.
When you have a clear idea of why you need to move on, and how it will change your life for the better, it will help you stay committed to releasing the negative energies of the past and create a meaningful future.
