HAVE A MUNICIPAL ACCOUNT QUERY?

VISIT THE MASAKHANE OUTREACH ON 29 JUNE 2026

Gansbaai residents with municipal account queries or disputes are invited to make use of a customer support outreach at the Masakhane Community Hall on Monday, 29 June 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00.

The outreach will take place alongside the Municipality's monthly Indigent Grant support programme, providing residents with an opportunity to receive assistance with account enquiries, complaints and indigent grant applications in one location.

The Indigent Grant assists qualifying households with the cost of basic municipal services such as water and electricity. 

Residents are encouraged to bring their municipal account and any relevant supporting documents when attending.
