351 - 600 units = R2.1752 (vat incl) per unit
250 units = R543.80
600+ units = 2.7262 (vat incl) per unit
Indigents without free units are entitled to buy 400 units @ R616.89 (350 units @ R508.13 PLUS 50 units @ R108.76).
