Due to high call volumes to the Hangklip-Kleinmond Administration requesting tanker services, not all calls/WhatsApp messages can receive immediate attention.

As you will realise, these services are placed under tremendous strain after the rain and it is taking extra time to attend to all households.

Although we would love to respond to “Come quickly - our drain is overflowing”, it is just not possible to deliver a service on demand and delays may be experienced.

The sewerage tanker teams will do their utmost to complete the work scheduled for a particular day.

Residents are reminded to request tanker services timeously and not wait until it is too late.
