OVERSTRAND MUNICIPALITY OFFERS RATES RELIEF TO GUESTHOUSES AND BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS

Registered B&Bs as well as guesthouses with up to five lettable rooms or less can apply for the following property rates rebate on the difference between business and residential rates:

 • 1 - 2 x lettable room: 100%

 • 3 x lettable rooms: 75%

 • 4 x lettable rooms: 50%

 • 5 x lettable rooms: 25%

All applications must be received by the Municipality no later than 30 September 2021.
