Fundraising Event with the Cape Welsh Choir
Join the renowned Cape Welsh Choir for an unforgettable afternoon of choral music in Stanford, supporting local community projects.
This winter, the Rotary Club of Stanford is once again appealing to the community to help provide essential school clothing to children in need. Many learners at Die Bron and St Paul’s come from homes with little or no income, and without proper clothing, some feel too embarrassed or vulnerable to attend school.
In February, we assisted 100 children with new trousers and shirts. Now, with winter approaching, our goal is to provide each child with:
- A raincoat
- A pair of shoes
- Two pairs of socks
These children often walk long distances or wait by the roadside for transport in the cold and rain. The estimated cost per child is R300. Your donation can make a real difference.
Please support this initiative and help us keep children warm, safe, and in school.
