Welcome to the Cape Floral Kingdom Expo, the perfect opportunity to explore, connect and get inspired. Marking one of the biggest #OverbergEvents of the year, this annual extravaganza held in Bredasdorp invites you to go on a fabulous journey with fellow fynbos-lovers.

This year’s Expo takes place on the weekend of the 18th to the 21st August and has a line-up filled with excitement for young and old that celebrates the unique biodiversity of this stunning biome. Hosted at Bredasdorp’s Mega Park, this 8000 square meter venue provides an all-weather event.

Stretching over a full weekend, the Cape Floral Kingdom Expo includes treats such as the the Fynbos Mountain, Mad Hatters High Party, CFK Pop-up Shop, Guru Bookshop and Flea Market at the Fynbos Shed. Hardy fynbos enthusiasts will enjoy the Conservation Exhibitions, Environmental Educator, Fynbos Demo Stage and the CapeNature Fynbos Identification Area. Remember to keep an eye out for the Equestrian Event taking place on Saturday morning and you can even take part in the Colourful Flower Run!

Daily activities will also include Eagle Encounters, Cape Town Snake Park, Fynbos Labyrinth, Donkey Rides and Kid’s Corner to keep the little ones busy.
