A group of volunteers from Grove arrived and immediately started weeding & trimming the Tarconanthus in the play area/garden.
We often tell you about events at the school but for a change let's share with you some of the daily doings.
Grove, a software company, has an office in Cape Town and a group of volunteers came to school to get their hands dirty and shower us with gifts.
The new girl spends all her time in the playground, doing just what she likes and Juffrou Zaan doesn't say a word.

Just recently our Principal got news that made everyone associated with Pikkewyntjies, past and present, very happy indeed.

A group called Adventures for Love is coming to Pikkewyntjies on 14th September to help with a project and give the kids a party.
