Arbeid Adel / Work Enobles

Hoërskool Bredasdorp / Bredasdorp High School has been a place of learning for youth in Grades 8 through to Grade 12, since its inception at its Bond Street premises in 1957. The dual-medium and multi-cultural school is fronted by a team of teachers and support staff, who have a progressive attitude to teaching. Standing proudly at the foot of the Heuningberg Nature reserve, Hoërskool Bredasdorp / Bredasdorp High School has modern facilities that include a state-of-the-art rugby field and sports pavilion. Principal Retief follows through with his philosophy that an involved learner is a happy learner, and students are encouraged to take part in sport and extramural activities. Hoërskool Bredasdorp / Bredasdorp High School is in walking distance to the Heldersig Hostel where a large contingent of students is accommodated on a weekly basis. Added to this is an after-school centre where students can have lunch and study.
