New Project: Longer Chains for Community Dogs
BARC Animal Welfare is excited to announce a new initiative from Nols and Lynne Perks to provide longer chains for dogs in the community. This project aims to give dogs more space and comfort, especially where enclosing fields isn’t feasible.
