Key Responsibilities:

• General office admin and data entry

• Answering calls and emails professionally

• Filing, scanning, and organising documents

• Capturing invoices and checking expenses

• Working with Word and Excel

• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

• Ordering office supplies

• Research and follow-ups

• Supporting the team with admin tasks

• Helping with errands and general office support

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and admin experience

• Good with Word and Excel

• Valid driver’s licence

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Good communication skills

• Finance background helps

• Able to work under pressure

• Flexible and ready for a variety of tasks
