Danie van Zyl started Forest & Garden in Pretoria in 2010.

Danie’s love for everything to do with machinery started when he was a little boy. Growing up on a farm, there was always something that needed fixing. Eventually, his passion for tinkering with the mechanics of things grew from a hobby into a career.

In 2018 Danie and his Capetonian wife, Lee-Anne, relocated to Gansbaai and opened Forest & Garden to serve the community.
