Help These 5 Beautiful Puppies Find Their For...
To help with the adoption of 5 gorgeous puppies, STERITHON teamed up with BARC Animal Welfare.
Meet T-Jay, a sweet soul who had a rough start. Found covered in ticks and fleas, skin and bone, with no shelter, water, or food, T-Jay’s only resting spot was curled up on the front doorstep. He wasn’t allowed inside and was clearly in desperate need of care.
After contacting his owner, a school-going teenager, I made the decision to rehabilitate both T-Jay and educate the owner on responsible pet care. T-Jay had a sleepover at my place, followed by a vet visit and a much-needed bath. He was then added to the Fostering Animals Soup Kitchen route, and over three weeks of dedicated care, he began to flourish.
Spot checks continue, and I’m happy to report that T-Jay is thriving, healthy, happy, and loved. This story is a reminder that with compassion, education, and a little extra love, even the most neglected animals can have a second chance.

What started as a setback turned into one of our most heart-warming community days yet!
Happening on 26 November 2025, the countdown to Gansbaai Steri-Thon has begun!
