‘A new look and feel for Marine Dynamics, celebrating two decades of award-winning eco-tourism and marine conservation.’
Tuesday, 10 September 2024 was not ‘just a Marine Evening’ at the Great White House - it was an extremely special Marine Evening with chef Chris Pead who surpassed himself with a delicious buffet supper. Guests were welcomed with the words: “As a valued partner, we want you to be part of our Ecosystem Evolution and the official announcement of our Rebranding and Merging.” Several Marine Dynamics speakers explained their various parts as roleplayers and brought an unforgettable and interesting experience to the guests. Chris Pead, the well-known chef at the Great White House, explained the various kinds of seaweed and how he managed to include seaweed in his menu. With his permission, the Gans-Berg News might publish a future article in this regard.
A new look and feel for Marine Dynamics
In 2022, CEO of Marine Dynamics and Founder of the Dyer Island Conservation Trust, Wilfred Chivell, asked the brand agency, OnlyKind, to assist with a fresh look and feel for the eco-tourism and conservation companies, under the Marine Dynamics umbrella.
According to Leigh-Anne Salonika the founder of OnlyKind, “You don’t have to be a big company to make a big impact, all you need is a big vision, big courage and a big heart. OnlyKind is a small brand agency that works to make a big difference - to our clients and the world. We’re looking to infuse the Marine Dynamics brand with an even deeper sense of purpose and connection to the marine ecosystem.”
As stewards of the marine ecosystem, Marine Dynamics stands at the forefront of safeguarding the fragile balance of ocean life in the Western Cape of South Africa. With an unwavering dedication to responsible tourism and scientific research, they are not just observers but active participants in the preservation of the planet's most vital resource. Through innovative conservation initiatives and collaboration with local communities, legislators, and tourists, they strive to translate knowledge into action, ensuring the long-term viability of the marine environment for generations to come.
Central to their mission is the recognition of the transformative power of their experiences. Beyond the thrill of encountering majestic sharks and whales in their natural habitat, their tours offer a profound opportunity for personal growth and connection to nature. Immersed in the vastness of the ocean, guests are invited to expand their horizons, both literally and metaphorically. Through moments of awe and wonder, individuals are inspired to re-evaluate their relationship with the natural world, fostering a deeper sense of empathy, responsibility, and stewardship.
Through their tours and initiatives, they seek not only to provide unforgettable experiences but also to inspire a collective commitment to the protection and preservation of the planet's most precious resources. “Join us as we explore the depths of the ocean and embark on a journey of discovery, learning, and conservation together. Watch this space for the launch of our new logo: www.marinedynamics.co.za.”
